Day 74 - New Orleans, Louisiana, USA
Day 74 – 21st August 2005 -6:00 GMT
Visited the casino at 11:30am and yet again won playing Blackjack. Then went back to the hotel and went out with Jill and Reece. We walked up Canal Street and along Rampart, then cut back through the french quarter and stopped at a restaurant overlooking Jackson Square. We then visited a few more shops where Reece bought a playstation portable and Jill bought a couple of books. I then went back to the casino and walked away with over $600. (Blackjack is funding my trip, although no more casino’s until we get to Las Vegas) We then went looking for a Thai restaurant, but when we found it, it was closed. We ended up eating at the Hard Rock Café then headed back to the hotel for the night.
