Day 43 - New York - Atlantic City, USA
Day 43 – 21st July 2005 -5:00 GMT Total Miles 9762
Left New York at 11am and drove along the Turnpike all the way down to Atlantic City stopping once for Petrol and Coffee. Found where we were staying, The Irish Pub on St. James Place, where draft beer is less than a pound a pint. We checked in and then went for a meal downstairs, the bill for three people was only £12. I then went to the Sands Casino and played a little on the slots then Blackjack. Then decided I would check out the poker It was the friendly Poker room I have ever been in, played the $1/$2 game for about 3 hours and came out about even. Then went back to the Hotel and Jill and I then went for a walk along the boardwalk, we walked all the way past the Taj Mahal down to the House of Blues in one direction

then upto Tropicana in the other, we looked around the mall there then headed back to the Hotel. Reece and I ate again in the hotel bar which only cost me £3 this time and that included beer. Then I went back to the Sands Casino and played on the slots and Blackjack again.
