Day 556 – Wellington, New Zealand
Day 556 - 16th December 2006 +13:00 GMT Total Miles 91627
Spent the day at the cricket, as since I work for National Bank and they sponsor the Black Caps (The New Zealand cricket team) every employee gets two free tickets. As my flatmate also wrks for National bank I had four free tickets, so Vanessa, Mike, Matthew and I spent the day in the sun sitting on the grassy bank watching New Zealand getting thrashed at Cricket against Sri Lanka. The morning was quite a fast game but in the afternoon it was really slow and a bit dull, but still and enjoyable day. After the game several of us went out and hit the town, visiting The Southern Cross, Bodega, Mighty Mighty, Red Square and finally on to Kitty O’Shea’s. staggered home around 5am.
